The Cranfields gift and homewares collection is very extensive and is constantly being added to so the items presented online do not cover the entire range. Cranfields would be delighted to welcome you into any store to view the full range, or please email with any specific gift or homewares request - photos and further information will be happily sent to you on any product.
Prices
All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Because we are based in New Zealand and have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed, the price advertised might not be the exactly same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Refunds and exchanges
Cranfields offer a full refund on any unsuitable website purchase returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Note overseas refunds will be less delivery costs.
Courier and Packaging Charges for Online Purchases
NEW ZEALAND
Courier delivery (listed as shipping in the shopping cart) to physical addresses within New Zealand incurs a fixed $12.00 charge regardless of their size or destination. Orders will be dispatched within three business days and delivery is usually made within five business days. Note this rate does not apply to furniture.
INTERNATIONAL
Cranfields also package and post internationally.
Product Availability
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces not all items are always available. Cranfields endeavour to update the website with any out of stock items but occasionally orders are received before this time. You will be contacted as soon as possible with an approximate delivery date and to offer a refund if this delay is not acceptable.
Disclaimer
Cranfields are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. However, there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.
Credit Card Purchasing
Purchasing online with your credit card is the most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and the purchase will be billed to your account. - Cranfields accepts all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard. - The online payment system is completely secure - all of your credit card details are encrypted.
Gift Vouchers
Cranfields offer gift vouchers in all denominations – these can be purchased online or in person. If you have received a Cranfields Gift Voucher you can redeem it by buying anything but this transaction can not be processed online. Please contact your nearest store for redemption. Gift Vouchers are posted free of charge in New Zealand and internationally.
Gift Wrapping
Cranfields offer their signature gift wrapping and a gift card complimentary with any order. Please check when you order a product if you would like this service.
Receipt
At the end of the online transaction you will be presented with a receipt number. You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt number and estimated delivery date as soon as your order has been finalised.
Offline Payment
If you prefer not to purchase online, that's fine. Please just fax or phone us your details. Please ensure you provide a full description noting code and if relevant size and colour and all contact and delivery information. The fax in New Zealand is 64 4 499 4323.
