HOW DO WE SET UP A WEDDING GIFT REGISTRY?
There are two ways you can create your own registry, either by coming in to one of our stores and discussing your requirements with one of our staff who will establish your register.
Alternately you may visit our website where you can create your own register by following the instructions given.
There maybe some products in store that are not on our website, we are able to photograph them for you and add them to your list.
Once your register is set up you will be sent an email confirming this you will be given a password so you can update your registry at any time.
If products become temporarily out of stock we will advise you and then you can choose to receive the goods later or delete them from your list.
SOME OF OUR GUESTS DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET IS THIS A PROBLEM?
No, guests can call us free on 0800 48 44 48 and we will run through your registry with them. Alternately we can fax or post the list to them and let them know how to proceed from there.
WHEN SHOULD WE CREATE OUR REGISTRY?
This is usually done before sending out your wedding invitations, we can give you small cards to put with your invitations, should you choose to do this.
CAN YOU ARRANGE FOR OUR GUESTS TO CONTRIBUTE TO A PIECE OF FURNITURE FROM YOU STORE?
Yes, we are well versed in this, particularly when some couples already have a well set up home.
HOW WILL WE KNOW WHO CHOSE WHICH GIFT?
Each gift you receive will have a card and message from the sender. We can also provide you with a list of gifts purchased and by whom after your wedding.
WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR GIFTS?
At the time you register you can decide where and when you would like the gifts delivered or you may prefer to collect them from one of our stores.
GIFT WRAPPING.
Your gifts will be beautifully wrapped and a gift card included.
CAN WE EXCHANGE A GIFT?
Certainly, this is not a problem. Cranfields have a generous exchange policy.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO WE OFFER?
Purchasing on-line can be done with Mastercard or Visa through our secure server Paystation using Westpac. Alternately they can contact the Wellington store to arrange another payment method.

AS A WEDDING GUEST HOW DO WE SEARCH FOR A WEDDING REGISTRY.
Enter the name of either the bride or groom.
Browse through the couple’s list, click on the text (not just the image) for full details and options before going to checkout. and if you require clarification on any product please call us or visit one of our stores. You can purchase your gift completely on-line.
We will gift wrap the parcel, include an elegant card with your message and have your gift delivered to the couple.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE ON-LINE?
No, you are welcome to visit any of our three stores or you can call our Wellington store [04 4994336] and everything can be done over the telephone.
PURCHASING ON LINE.
Payment on line is made in NZ dollars, you can use Mastercard or Visa and this goes through a secure and trusted credit card agency called PayStation. Once the transaction is processed you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
