We’re closing down our College Street Store.

For those of you that have been following Cranfields’ journey, you’ll be sad to hear that we’re closing down our second branch in College Street. The first question that might come to mind will be, "Why?"

Cranfields on College Street

After nearly two years of uncertainty due to lockdowns, navigating the traffic light system, and covid related supply chain issues, something was bound to give at some point. For now it is unsustainable for us to have our College Street store operating as well as the main store.

As you can imagine, so much love and energy has gone into this store so we haven’t made this decision lightly. We love the local community and are ever so grateful for your continued support.

Every cloud has a silver lining however, and due to our new need to move stock quickly, we are having a sale in our College Street store! Anyone who knows Cranfields well, knows that we don’t do sales (we support a lot of local and ethical artisans) – so this is unprecedented! Pop in store to browse our sale selection of bags, rugs, vases, French antique furniture, vintage wine barrels, and more!

Please note that all sale items are in the college street store, and not online! We’re a small team, and many items on sale are one offs!

We’ve had a lot of concerned enquiries about the Lambton Quay store and you mustn’t worry. After 30+ years of love and support; our main branch, and our online space are still going strong!
