Shipping

Everyday Cranfields are sending orders throughout New Zealand.

Standard NZ shipping rates are:

  • North Island$10
  • South Island $14

Note these rates do not apply to bulky items like furniture. Please email us for a delivery quote on oversized items. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for furniture deliveries, potentially longer for RD and/or the South Island.

All items are tracked but do not require a signature. Gift vouchers have free delivery, note these are electronic. Please contact us if you would like a physical gift voucher instead, these can only be used in-store.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally the next weekday after receipt.

Items are shipped within New Zealand via New Zealand Couriers and Post Haste. Most NZ parcels arrive within 3-5 working days from being sent. Allow longer for Rural Delivery.

Cranfields are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. There may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.

 

Product Availability

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces not all items are always available. While we endeavour to keep the website’s inventory levels current, sometimes technology lets us down and we are unable to supply an ordered item. If a product ordered is no longer available we will contact you immediately with alternatives. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. For more information please click here.

Returns/Damaged Items

All products are carefully packaged by us to ensure they reach you safely.

If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact our courier company directly to sort out any claims.

If you have received a faulty item we will replace the item. If we can not repair or replace in a timely manner, we will refund your money.

Items purchased on sale in store, or online are final are unable to be returned or exchanged.
